Service Call/Diagnostic Fee
Our basic service call / trip charge includes coming to your home and performing a complete diagnosis and written estimate of your appliance. Each additional appliance diagnosis is $40.00. We will provide you with a complete estimate of work that needs to be completed to get your appliance back in working order. We are ever mindful of the repair/replace ratio. Fees subject to change January 1st, 2024.
We do not service Dacor, Thermador, Viking, Wolf or Subzero.
Services and Fees
We are available Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to take your call. **Technicians work extended hours Monday through Friday (10am to 8pm). We offer morning or afternoon appointment windows and will always call you when we are on our way.
Labor
Labor charges vary from job to job as it is determined by the knowledge and expertise required as well as the amount of time spent to complete the repair.
Labor rates usually fall between $30-140.00 however, more complex repairs may exceed that.
Please note:
Many companies offer to waive the trip charge if you agree to having the repairs performed.
While this might sound like a money saving opportunity, it usually isn't. When the Service Call/Trip charge is deducted from the total cost of repair, it is usually made up for with inflated parts and labor rates.
We like to be upfront about our prices so you know exactly what you are paying for and why.
Part Cost
The price of the part varies and is based upon the type of part required to make the repair, as well as the brand of the appliance. We strive to be competitive with all our costs by using a variety of distributors to obtain the best price without sacrificing quality. We use factory parts whenever available.
We service the greater Northern Virginia area**see below. We have expanded into Loudoun County and some areas of Prince William County.
